Jatziry and Logan wanted their elopement to be intimate, fun, and full of love. They started their day at City Hall, where they exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony. They embraced the excitement of their elopement in the city,  stopping  at Lurie Garden- across the street from the Art institute of Chicago to celebrate with loved ones and take family photos before heading to the Chicago Riverwalk for stunning skyline portraits. Why Choose a Chicago City Hall Elopement?

Eloping at Chicago’s City Hall is simple, but there are a few things to know before your big day:

 1. Obtain Your Marriage License
• Visit the Cook County Clerk’s Office at least one day before your ceremony.
• Both partners must be present and provide valid identification.
• The license costs $60 and is valid for 60 days.

2. Book a Civil Ceremony (Optional)
• You can schedule a civil ceremony at the Cook County Marriage Court (119 W. Randolph Street).
• Civil ceremonies are available Monday–Friday from 9 AM–12 PM and 2 PM–3 PM for a $10 fee.

3. Hire a Chicago Elopement Photographer
• Even if your ceremony is quick, having a professional wedding photographer in Chicago ensures you have beautiful memories to look back on.

4. Choose a Stunning Photo Location
